PRODUCT DEPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATOR – BLUEPRINT OPERATIONS

Reporting to: Group Content Manager

Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire

Hours: 37.5 pw (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting a Product Deployment Administrator to join the Product Team at Blueprint Operations.

We are currently recruiting a Product Deployment Administrator to join the Product Team at Blueprint Operations.

 

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Remotely manage customers through our Machine Accountancy and Reconciliation System (MARS), a software solution that allows Blueprint to remotely manage customers cabinets.
  • Ensure the MARS system is fully up to date. This includes adding new cabinets, maintaining an accurate record of cabinet status, and ensuring cabinets run the correct software.
  • Define an efficient process to upload the content, as well as taking responsibility for the communication of the update to key stakeholders. This will include menu updates, testing procedures and the actual live deployment of cabinet updates. In addition, performing sanity testing for the clients after deployments.
  • Taking an active role to understand the content roadmap to ensure connected cabinets run the correct software.
  • Work closely with the Group Content Manager, Product Team & Key Account to leverage our partner relationships to ensure we maximise the commercial opportunities available.
  • Learning the potential issues that can arise through MARS updates and working closely together with other teams to resolve deployment related issues.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyse information.

 

This is a full-time office-based role.
